Steven is our General Manager, responsible for all the non-legal operations of Corcoran French. Steven's involvement, and that of our Office Manager, Karen means our partners and other legal staff are free to focus on meeting the needs of our clients, rather than spending time managing our business.
Steven joined Corcoran French in 2014. Steven has more than 20 years' experience in managing law firms, together with 10 years' experience with chartered accountancy firms. In addition, Steven has considerable voluntary experience which includes school boards and other charitable organisations.
Steven is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and Chartered Governance Professional (AGNZ, an international qualification recognised in over 70 countries). Steven is also a member of ALPMA, the Australasian Legal Practice Management Association, and is on the board of the local NZ branch of ALPMA.
Steven is based in our Christchurch office but aims to regularly visit our Kaiapoi office and Greymouth offices.
