Congratulations to Richard Hearn on his promotion to partner. Specialising in general litigation, Richard offers particular expertise in matters such as business disputes, insolvency (acting both for and against liquidators) and tax disputes. Richard also advises both employers and employees on issues arising in employment.
Richard has over 14 years of experience having previously worked with Inland Revenue and the Crown Law Office, before joining Corcoran French in 2015 where he plays a significant role in our litigation team.
