Working with us
Working at Corcoran French means you’ll be working with the best and brightest. We’re large enough that you’ll experience and benefit from high quality, varied, and interesting work, but small enough that you’re certainly not ‘just a number’ and are valued for who you are and the unique qualities that you bring to our firm.
With a team of more than 70 across our three offices, we have a wide range of roles and people at all different stages of their careers. We’ve very proud of our Summer Clerk programme, which is a wonderful pathway into our team, with our most recent graduates all having joined us through this programme.
Life at Corcoran French
Our culture is what sets us apart from other firms. It’s pretty special, and we work hard to maintain it. At the heart of this, is you. At Corcoran French we make sure that we really understand you – your aspirations, what’s important to you, what drives you, and what makes you uniquely you! It’s important to us to create a space where you can thrive, and where you are celebrated for being you.
We like to have a laugh and have fun together, and we always have each other’s backs. Our social club is very active and to us it’s important to make space to spend quality time with each other, both inside and outside of the office. You might have heard of our spectacularly successful indoor netball team, the CF Falcons? Or our fledgling tramping club? There is always something going on in our social club, or a plan being hatched! We’re also keen supporters of causes and interests that our team hold close to their heart, and just a few of the activities we have supported our team with lately are dragon boating, horse riding, mountain biking, Oxfam Trailwalker, Corporate Challenge, multisport events, plus many more.
Working as closely with our community as we do, it’s important that we support organisations that we hold dear. We’re proud supporters of Ronald McDonald House South Island and have been room sponsors since 2015. We’re also sponsors of the Kaiapoi Art Expo and the Kaiapoi Rugby Football Club. As well as these primary community sponsorships, we also regularly support a number of smaller community initiatives.
Our values are unique to us, they set us apart and underpin everything that we do.
