Michelle is an experienced property and commercial lawyer. Michelle graduated from the University of Canterbury in 2005. After beginning her legal career at a small suburban firm in Christchurch, Michelle worked at Corcoran French for a number of years and then spent several years working in the Christchurch office of a large national firm. Michelle re-joined Corcoran French in 2021.
Michelle advises on a broad range of property and commercial matters including the sale and purchase of both residential and commercial properties, commercial leasing, residential build contracts, property subdivision, finance and development, Unit Titles Act 2010 matters including matters affecting bodies corporate. Michelle is an accredited member of the Property Law Section of the New Zealand Law Society.
Outside of work, Michelle is a keen distance runner having completed numerous marathons and half marathons.
