Ching Zhang | 张穗卿

Ching's areas of expertise include residential and commercial property, commercial law (including the buying and selling of businesses), and providing tailored advice on estate planning. She is also experienced in advising on wills, enduring powers of attorney, family trusts, and relationship property.

Ching began her career at HSBC, a multinational bank in China, where she worked in the personal banking team for four years. She earned her first tertiary degree in China before pursuing a master's degree at the University of Leeds in England. She then obtained a Law degree from Victoria University in Wellington.

Her fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, coupled with her ability to work across cultures, has enabled her to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues from all backgrounds. With her unique multicultural perspective, Ching has an enhanced ability to serve a diverse clientele, understanding their needs to ensure satisfactory results.

She is also available to meet with clients in the Christchurch city office upon request.

Ching在中国广州获得了她的第一个学士学位后，前往英国利兹大学攻读硕士学位。Ching的职业生涯始于中国的汇丰银行，她在个人银行团队工作了四年。后来，她与家人一起移居到新西兰，随后在惠灵顿的维多利亚大学获得了法学学位，并由此开始了她的法律职业生涯。

Ching 能说流利的英语、粤语和普通话，再加上她跨文化工作的能力，使她能够与来自不同背景的客户和同事建立牢固的合作关系。凭借她独特的多元文化视角，Ching 能够更好地服务于不同的客户群体，倾听客户的诉求，为客户提供最优方案并获取令人满意的结果。她很乐意根据客户的需求在Kaiapoi或者基督城的办公室与客户会面。
