She specialises in property law and is highly skilled in subdivision work. Rowan began her legal career as a registered Legal Executive in a law firm in Oamaru. In 2004, she moved to Christchurch to pursue her law degree and has been a dedicated member of Corcoran French since 2007.
Throughout her career at Corcoran French, Rowan has handled a wide range of property and commercial law matters, earning a reputation for her expertise and dedication. Her work includes advising on complex property transactions, subdivision projects, and commercial agreements, ensuring that her clients receive comprehensive and tailored legal solutions. In April 2020, Rowan was elevated to the position of Partner at Corcoran French, reflecting her significant contributions to the firm.
Outside of her professional life, Rowan is married and has two children and four grandchildren. She cherishes spending time with her family and is passionate about mountain biking and road cycling.
Fun fact: In March 2024, Rowan and her husband completed a 1,500km cycling event called ‘Sound to Sound’ and raised over $3,000 in support of Ronald McDonald House Charities!
