Adam is a Special Counsel in our commercial and property team. Adam was educated and began his legal career in Christchurch before practising in England and Australia for approximately 15 years and returning home to Christchurch in 2020.
Adam has a broad property and commercial sector experience having acted for a range of clients including Asciano, Toll, National Foods, Lion Nathan, Mediterranean Shipping Company, Vodafone, Little Projects, Westpac, NAB, BOQ and Bank of Melbourne on a variety of matters including:
Acquisitions and disposals of businesses via sale and purchase of shares and sale and purchase of assets;

Joint venture agreements;

Agreements for lease incorporating development provisions;

Office, industrial and retail leases and lease disputes.
Away from the office Adam enjoys cricket, tennis and quality time with his wife Sondra and sons Digby and Hank.
